Our Chef
Marga Brunet
Behind each of our dishes is Marga Brunet, our chef, with a clear devotion to local gastronomy
Her culinary training, complemented by studies at the Bellart School, marked the beginning of her journey, as it was during her student internships that she discovered her passion for this world.
She started at the top, working with great masters: the Roca brothers. This experience led her to continue growing both professionally and personally, eventually becoming the Head of Catering at FC Barcelona.
The pandemic brought her back to Mallorca, where she continues to apply her best culinary techniques at S’Era de Pula every day, surprising our guests and consistently exceeding all their expectations.

Todo fue de 10, nuestra familia y amigos comieron y bebieron de lujo a demás en un sitio precioso. En espacial gracias a Natalia por estar pendiente de todo.

Tanto el campo de golf, el resort, como los apartamentos están tienen un estilo rural mallorquín que invitan a pasar una buena temporada allí. La comida riquísima, el rodaballo en especial. Repetiré sin duda la próxima vez que visite la isla.
