Our chef
Marga Brunet
Behind each of our dishes is Marga Brunet, our chef, with a clear devotion to local gastronomy.
His training in cooking, complemented by studies at the Bellart School, was the beginning of his journey, as it was in his student internships where he realized his passion for this world.
He started in style, working with some great masters: the Roca brothers. This experience led her to continue to grow both professionally and personally, making her the Head of Catering at Futbol Club Barcelona.
The pandemic brought her back to Mallorca, where she continues to apply day by day her best cooking techniques in S’Era de Pula, surprising the public that visits us and exceeding all their expectations.
